ABOUT THE ARTIST

Bridey McGlynn (she/her/hers) is a painter and printmaker from Northborough, Massachusetts. She earned her MFA in 2D Fine Art at Massachusetts College of Art and Design and received her BFA in Studio Arts from Syracuse University. She currently works as a Registrar and Printmaking Instructor at Worcester Center for Crafts in Worcester, MA. Bridey's work was most recently exhibited in "A Fervent Chorus" at Doran Gallery in Boston, MA, "New Talent" at Alpha Gallery in Boston, MA, "The 87th Regional Exhibition of Art and Craft" at Fitchburg Art Museum, in Fitchburg, MA, and Art League RI's exhibition, entitled "Connect", in Providence, RI. She was also a recent recipient of the ArtsWorcester 2023 Material Needs Grant and the 2025 George Nick Prize.
